Keri Waters is an engineer and founder who writes about the energy transition and the future it is quietly building. After three decades in hardware, she came to a simple conviction: the hard part was never the technology, it was the cost of the energy to run it, and that cost has finally changed. She is the author of More Energy, Clean Planet (Forbes Books, January 2027) and writes Engineered Optimism, a monthly dispatch on the engineering of the next century. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two sons.
